EMERGENCY CALLOUT
Although Malcolm will attend to calls after dark it is often preferable to delay this until daylight hours. Malcolm will chat to you about the problem and will then make an informed decision on whether he needs to attend straight away, or if this can be delayed until the morning.
Often these types of jobs are much safer to do during the day, and as water consumption at night time is often minimal, this usually incurs minimal further damage from any leakage.
Please note that for any out of hours service, there will be an additional charge.
